The “Frame Per Second” Splitter, otherwise known to you as the “FPS” Splitter, arrives from EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC (EEE). The function is simple: unstitch, extract, and lay out the frames of your videos. Edit each frame simultaneously, individually, or all at once, then restitch the frames back into a single video or any media/asset file you desire.

Consider it a frame stitcher and restitcher in one. You can also pick out fire frames and save them as photos—capture cinematically, then extract the best content.
